How can we help?
We're a tiny garden and we read every message. Most questions are answered below — if not, reach out and we'll get back to you soon. 🌷
Get in touch
Email us anytime at hiva.javaher@gmail.com. To help us help you faster, please include which device you're on (iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch), your OS version, and a short description of what happened. Please never send us screenshots that reveal cycle or health details you'd rather keep private — we don't need them to help.
Common questions
How do I get started?
Download Fleurette Flow from the App Store and open it. Choose the life-stage mode that fits — Standard, TTC & fertility, Pregnancy, Perimenopause or Birth Control — and start logging. There's no account to create, and the free tier is a real tracker you can use right away.
Is my cycle data private?
Completely. Everything you log stays on your device in a protected local store — there is no account, no Fleurette server, no analytics, and no tracker. Your cycle records are never stored in iCloud, not even your own private one. Apple Health is optional and off by default, and the app targets Apple's “Data Not Collected” privacy label. See our Privacy Policy.
How accurate are the predictions?
Flow is honest about uncertainty. Future periods and fertile timing are always shown as a confidence range or gradient band — never a single certain day — and the range widens automatically when your history is short or your cycles are changing. Ovulation is labelled an estimate; a supported wrist-temperature shift can only confirm it retrospectively. Fleurette Flow is a wellness app: it is not birth control and not medical advice.
Do I have to use Apple Health?
No. Apple Health is entirely optional and split into three independent choices — importing reproductive-health data, saving Flow entries back, and activity context — each off by default. Flow works fully when you decline every one. You can review or change these any time in the Health app under Sharing → Apps.
How does the Apple Watch feature work?
With a supported Apple Watch, Flow can use your overnight wrist temperature to help confirm an ovulation shift after it happens — a retrospective confirmation, never a "you're ovulating now" alarm. The Watch companion also gives you a calm glance at your day and quick logging on the go.
What's the difference between Free and Flow+?
Free gives you period & symptom logging, honest range-based predictions, the Cycle Ring, App Lock and full privacy, the Petal and Dusk themes, and password-protected export and delete. Flow+ adds advanced insights, the full widget suite, all themes, and eligible on-device Petal Intelligence. Privacy, logging, basic prediction, and export are never paywalled.
How do I start my Flow+ free trial?
Open Flow+ in the app and choose the monthly or annual plan — both begin with a 7-day free trial, and every Flow+ feature is unlocked during it. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Flow+ is billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Fleurette Flow, and choose to change or cancel. If Flow+ ever lapses, nothing you've entered is deleted or hidden — your data stays yours.
I subscribed on another device — how do I restore it?
In Fleurette Flow, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can export everything to a password-protected JSON or CSV file at any time — on every tier — and you can permanently delete your data from your device whenever you like. Export and delete are never paywalled, so you're always in control and never locked in.
What are the system requirements?
Fleurette Flow is one universal app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, running on iOS 26, iPadOS 26 and watchOS 26 or later. One purchase covers them all. There's no Mac version in this first release.
Can't afford Flow+ right now?
That's genuinely okay — the free tier is meant to be useful on its own, and understanding your own body shouldn't be something you have to pay for. If Flow+ would help but the price is a real barrier for you, email hiva.javaher@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do. 🌷
I found a bug or have a feature idea
We'd love to hear it — email hiva.javaher@gmail.com or share it on our ideas board. Your notes genuinely shape what blooms next.
Fleurette Flow is a wellness app. It is not birth control, does not provide medical advice, and its estimates are not a diagnosis. Talk to a healthcare professional about medical decisions.
