Common questions
How do I start my free trial?
Download Fleurette from the App Store on your Mac or iPad and open it — your 7-day free trial begins automatically, with every feature unlocked.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open System Settings (Mac) or Settings (iPad) → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Fleurette, and choose to change or cancel. Cancelling before the trial ends means you won't be charged.
I subscribed on another device — how do I restore it?
In Fleurette, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Your subscription is shared across the Macs and iPads on that Apple ID.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your practice and statistics live on your device. Nothing is uploaded or sold. Optional iCloud sync only moves your own data between the Macs and iPads you own. See our Privacy Policy.
Will my streak and stats sync across my devices?
If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, your progress and aggregate stats stay in step across the Macs and iPads signed into your iCloud account.
What are the system requirements?
Fleurette runs on macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later and iPadOS 18 or later. It's one universal purchase, so buying once covers both. On iPad, Fleurette is landscape-only, and a hardware keyboard — such as the Magic Keyboard for iPad — is recommended for real touch-typing practice (the on-screen keyboard also works, with an in-app advisory).
